About 10 years ago I took up the classical guitar and am always impressed with people who can take an ordinary song and make it come alive with this instrument.

I grew up waiting for the yearly Charlie Brown Special because apparently there wasn’t much else to do. I also grew up waiting anxiously for the new season of Saturday morning cartoons; back when they weren’t on 24/7. Anyway, on top of that, a mere three TV channels offered precious little of real programming. Except for Charlie Brown that is. So, in no particular order, I present my list of favorite guitar solos of the Peanuts Theme music; OK there is one exception at the end, but you cant get any better than Dave Benoit and his band.
